First Swim is Ireland’s only purpose-built baby & toddler swim school based in Sandyford, at the Beacon South Quarter in Dublin. We run swim classes for babies from the age of 10 weeks and toddlers aged 2-3 years old. Our private pool is heated to a balmy 33oC and the entire facility has been designed with parents and babies in mind including a customer-only café to relax in before or after your swim class. First Swim is also opening a new swim school in Santry in Q1 2026.

Because we are different to all other baby & toddler swim schools. First Swim is the first swim school of it's kind in Ireland. We have our own pool onsite and run classes 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm offering a wide selection of class times to suit working and non working parents.
All staff are friendly and are there to help with whatever you need during your visit. Our swim teachers are all experienced and qualified to teach babies and toddlers water confidence, water safety and swimming. Swimming is a life skill but we wanted to create the right environment for learning. Cosy, comfortable and clean.
