It all started with the establishment of our sister company, Acorn Life, over 30 years ago, and today Ask Acorn carries forward a name that for decades has helped to safeguard the financial wellbeing of people across Ireland.
Growth and evolution
In 2012, Acorn Insurance was established to offer car and home insurance. As an intermediary, we shop the market and compare quotes from more than 14 insurers to find our customers the most competitive home and car insurance quotes.
We have grown to become a full-service personal financial solutions provider. Trusted by over 70,000 customers nationwide, we are now one of Ireland’s biggest financial services intermediaries, with the largest network of life and pension financial advisors.
In addition to our extensive nationwide network of personal financial advisors, our commitment to serving local communities is demonstrated by our branch network across Ireland.
Our sister company, Acorn Life, is the only Irish-owned life insurance company to achieve the Guaranteed Irish symbol, Ireland’s most trusted and recognised symbol for quality Irish goods and services.
