Pearse Lyons Distillery is a boutique Irish whiskey distillery located in the heart of Dublin's Liberties. With a rich history dating back to the 12th century, the distillery offers premium Whiskey Tours & Tastings, and unique experiences such as The Gin School & Cocktail Classes for visitors. With lots of bespoke spaces to choose from, The Pearse Lyons Distillery is the perfect place for your next private event. We have lots of bookable spaces in our distillery, from hosting a gala dinner in our distillery located in the Church, to our private pub where you can book for a launch or private cocktail party to meeting spaces and a unique whiskey school.

We are the only family owned distillery in Dublin, we create jobs for an employ staff in the local area. We have sustainability top of mind in everything we do. Our whiskey is all made in house with our own grown grain, in house yeast strain and recycled bourbon barrels from ur sister distillery in Kentucky.
