Storage Systems Limited partnered with Charles River Laboratories to deliver a tailored automated storage solution at its Dublin facility. The project incorporated a Tornado Vertical Lift Module (VLM), designed to maximise vertical space while improving the secure storage, organisation and accessibility of materials. Integrated with TCPlus warehouse management software, the solution provides greater control over inventory and enables fast, efficient retrieval while significantly reducing the floor space required for storage.

Storage Systems Limited partnered with Primeline Group to deliver a large-scale, high-density warehouse storage solution designed to support the company’s growing logistics operations. The project incorporated Dexion P90 Pallet Racking, a shelving-supported multi-tier mezzanine, FIFO Carton Live Storage, HI280 Shelving and warehouse protection systems. Each element was carefully designed to maximise available space, increase storage capacity and create an efficient operational flow throughout the facility. The completed solution provides Primeline with a robust, flexible storage infrastructure capable of supporting the demands of a fast-paced logistics environment while allowing for continued growth and future capacity requirements.
